Joining a mentorship program provides youth with additional support, resources, and connections to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. With a dedicated adult invested in your future and success, you'll have one more person you can depend on for support — someone who you can trust, talk through everyday challenges, and have fun with.

Adults have "been there and done that" already, so why not lean on them to learn the hard lessons and tips and tricks to survive middle and high school? Mentorship relationships provide an additional layer of stability.

Plus, through FIGG, participants are also able to participate in additional exciting activities including, but not limited to:

• Field trips

• Job site visits

• Networking

• Annual events

• And so much more!
